Our food co-op does bi-monthly orders of healthy and natural groceries from the ONFC (Ontario Natural Food Co-op).  Because of our group orders we are able to receive discounts on our orders and there are monthly specials that save the customer even more money.  There is no cost to join, and members contribute in various ways including Receiving, Sorting, Compiling orders, acting as Treasurer etc… Please email for more information.
