Shira Harrison
McIntyre has been
practicing yoga and
bodywork for over 18
years in Canada, the
U.S. and India. Shira has integrated
a variety of styles
into her approach
including Astanga,
Kripalu, Restorative
and Himalayan Nadi
Yoga. She has
completed trainings
in Kripalu Yoga,
Kripalu Bodywork,
Thai Yoga Massage,
Classical Hatha
Yoga, Restorative
Yoga, Kids Yoga and
Flexibility
Training. Shira is
now teaching Pilates
and completing her
International Body
Control Pilates
certification.
During her years of
studying and
teaching, Shira has
developed a
light-hearted and
accessible approach
to her instruction.
Students of all
abilities and ranges
of experience will
feel supported and
challenged in her

MC (Marie Claude)
Dagenais Clark
MC is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher who completed her training on 2004 and started teaching at the studio Jan. 2005. She completed her Level 2 training in Thai Yoga Massage. MC brings her passion, her warmth and her sense of compassion to her teaching, creating a class that is uplifting in spirit and deepening in awareness. |

Belinda Clemmensen
Belinda has been practicing yoga for over 8 years, and completed 2 years of Iyengar Teacher Training. Although working with organizations as a management and training & development consultant is her primary work, Belinda is also a skilled expedition guide. Her most recent project was to co-found, lead and manage Paddle to a Cure: Journeys of Hope, a community-based sea kayaking expedition that has raised almost $1 million for breast cancer research and education since it began in 2000. She believes yoga is a life-long practice and is more about how you live your life, than what you do on the mat. |

Helena Drydak
Helena is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor graduated from an Anusura - Inspired Teacher Training program. She believes that yoga benefits us all on our human journey regardless of age, size or gender and hopes to bring the same light and inspiration to others' lives that yoga has brought to hers. |
