The 8 Weeks to a new
new program
generated long
needed changes in my
life. Everything
from making my room
to stretch, changing
the foods in my
cupboards, leading
my children into
change, building a
new schedule which
had had it’s
obstacles and
bringing yoga in my
life slowly as the
other changes
occur. The variety
of foods were
terrific and it was
a joy to share with
others, I learned a
lot about myself in
this course and I am
stull processing the
vast amount of
information that
lies within all the
knowledge offered.

I really enjoyed
taking the
rejuvenation program
(8 Weeks to a New
You). One of my
favorite things was
the potluck dinners,
I never knew
healthy, nutritious
food could taste so
good! During the 8
week program I lost
12 lbs. So that was
awesome. At one of
our classes Shira
said to always eat
things that make you
feel “light”. I am
continuing to eat
light and leave the
table before I feel
stuffed. Now when I
attend yoga class I
can move more deeply
into position. It
feels great!
